Home Health Aide Training

Home Health

We teach a Home Health Aide course geared to place graduates into high-priority job openings with agencies, long-term care facilities, or private homes. Participants complete a 60-hour training using curriculum approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Personal care aide and home health aide jobs are projected to grow by 70 percent by 2020 – the largest employment growth rate among all occupations in the United States. At JobLinks, we have strong connections with hiring managers throughout the metropolitan area, and stand ready to help you find the right job.

If you are interested in becoming a Home Health Assistant, please call Janette Brown at 412.621.3821 or email questions@joblinks.opdc.org.
